The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) serves as Hilltop's strategic roadmap for continuous improvement, designed to optimize academic performance and raise learning outcomes for all students. Pursuant to California Education Code Sections 64001 and 52853, this comprehensive plan consolidates our school-level planning efforts and categorical funding programs into a single, cohesive strategy aligned with state and federal priorities. Developed and updated annually by our School Site Council, the SPSA utilizes student data to establish evidence-based goals and allocate vital resources directly where they are needed most to ensure every Lancer thrives.
