Military Family Life Counselors

*Military Family Life Counselors provide non-medical, confidential counseling services to help individuals and families deal with every day normal stressors. MFLCs can offer support on a variety of issues including Stress management/Resiliency, Coping skills, Conflict resolution, Deployment/Reintegration issues, Self-esteem/Confidence, and Grief and Loss.  The MFLC program offers individual, group, or family counseling services at no cost for active-duty military service members and their families. The Counseling sessions are available by appointment Monday-Friday 8-4 pm for VTC/Video Teleconferencing Counseling.
