Current Students Registration
The online registration process is a requirement for all students and must be completed prior to the beginning of the school year. Please see below more information regarding online registration.
- Online registration can be completed at home on any computer with internet access. Open your web browser and go to the Campus portal page here: https://campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org/campus/portal/sweetwater.jsp
- Please review and update the student’s demographic and contact information. You will update the address, phone #’s, and emergency contact(s) information.

New Students to Hilltop High School
- Verify Hilltop High is the designated school of residency for your home address, go to My School Site Locator and click on the My School Site Locator box.
- Call Hilltop High School main office to schedule an enrollment appointment at 619-476-4202 or 619-476-4205.
- The day of your appointment you will be asked to provide the following documents:
- Proof of Residency- Utility bill under parents/Guardians name date within 60 days.
- Parents State ID or Driver’s License
- Students Transcript and Checkout grades from previous school
- Immunization Record
- Copy of IEP if applicable
- Meet with the Assistant Principal during enrollment appointments.
- Online Registration-Access will be granted once the family has met with the Assistant Principal and all documentation has been approved.
Transfer Application Process to Hilltop High:
- You MUST start the process with your homeschool. To check the designated school of residency for your home address go to My School Site Locator and click on the My School Site Locator box.
- Schools are unable to ACCEPT any registration documents without a prior District Transfer Approval.
- All transfer approvals are processed at the district level by Student Support Services and not at the school sites.

Open Enrollment Window for all Student Intradistrict Transfers will be open from April 3 – May 5, 2023.
From Hilltop High to Another School:
- Applications available online ONLY, via Campus Portal during the Annual District Transfer Application Window.
